RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returned items must be in their original condition, with all garment tags intact. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered. I-RUI reserves the right to refuse any returns that are unauthorized or do not comply with our return policy and procedures.
All returns must be received by I-RUI within 14 days of delivery. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted. We do not cover shipping expenses for returns. Please remember to pack the goods responsibly, to avoid damage in the post. Send returns with track and trace and insured package, as I-RUI can't take responsibility for damaged or lost goods.
FOR RETURNS FROM NON EU COUNTRIES: If you reject to receive your package or refuse to pay your duty bill, please note that the duty will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned goods. If you have received an order, and the items does not fit you, please make sure to return it within 14 days, and mark the package as "return of goods" as we won't cover any additional duties once the package re-enters EU.
For Danish orders ordered with pick-up in our Copenhagen store: Please feel free to pick up when ever you have the time, but please note that orders picked up more than 4 weeks after order date, is not refundable and can only be exchanged to gift card / other products.
Customers who decline to accept a shipment from I-RUI will be held responsible for the original shipping cost, any incurred import duties, and the cost of returning the parcel.
Return shipping fees vary by country. Kindly note that original shipping charges, return fees, and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and verified to our return policy standards, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation showing that it has been returned.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to order a different size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Special conditions and sale conditions
Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale. This excludes our welcome sign-up offer used on a full-price order.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and are not eligible on sale.
