SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped fully insured and secured from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark via either PostNord, GLS, DHL or UPS.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped during peak trading periods eg. sale or collection launch.

General shipping Information
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Upon shipment, a notification including your tracking number will be sent to you.

For Home Delivery a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is attended during standard business hours. If you are unavailable to receive the parcel, any individual accepting the delivery on your behalf will be deemed as having successfully received the goods.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, I-RUI cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Kindly note that orders will be shipped once all items are available. If your purchase includes pre-ordered items, the entire order will be dispatched once those items are ready. Should you wish to receive in-stock items separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Customers who refuse delivery of a shipment will be held responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties or fees incurred, as well as the return shipping expenses. These charges will be deducted from your refund once the parcel has been received by us.

Delivery of goods from I-RUI is considered complete when the consumer has received the goods supplied. I-RUI has no responsibility for delays concerning payment issues or customs clearance.

Standard delivery times:
Denmark: 2-5 business days
Within EU: 2–5 business days
Norway: 2–5 business days
United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
Rest of the world: 3–14 business days

EU and non-EU orders will be charged in EUR, except for orders shipped to Norway (NOK) and the United Kingdom (GBP)

For orders shipped outside of EU
All orders shipped outside of the EU will be charged in EUR, except for Norway and the United Kingdom. The prices on the website include Danish VAT. Please note that for all orders to be delivered outside the EU, the VAT of 25% will be deducted upon checkout.

Local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply upon receipt, which are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local custom office for information regarding shipments from the EU to your country.

Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to additional import duties or customs charges upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that we are currently not offering delivery to Russia.
